Greg is a photography prodigy, fresh out of a suburban Minneapolis high school, en route to a dream job and more trouble than he would thought possible, given his abundance of confidence. His younger sister is an aspiring model, having long ago given up her girlhood dream of being a professional ice-skater. Two of his female classmates, one introverted, one extroverted, are in desperate need of a strong woman in their lives given the strained relationships they have with their respective mothers and fairly absent fathers. And one forty-one year old neighbor is about to shake his world and his essence to the core. Greg is going to have a profound impact on each of these four women, and they on him. A sexually-charged rite of passage, everyone will be able to keenly identify with one or more of the characters in “Childhood’s End.” From Stephen Holden's New York Times review: "'Childhood's End' has the atmosphere of a tasteful upper-middle-class talk show, crammed with dialogue that is as dispassionate as it is savvy. The movie has a number of agendas. Its late-90's vision of intergenerational sex offers an updated Mrs. Robinson, who, far from being an alcoholic, sex-starved predator, is presented as a coolly self-determined romantic explorer. The film also makes a point of showing male and female frontal nudity."
