A documentary profiling young artists in Los Angeles who collaborate on a mural at the L.A. River.

The short covers several themes, races and personalities, but primarily this is about art in the city. How it is created and what it means to people creating it. Ultimately it is a form of expression that doesn't have an outlet in their day to day life. The film offers profound, intelligent insights by inner city youth that is unexpected and touching. Original music from Plug Research Records is used to score the film.
